Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for your purchase. If something isn’t right, I want to make it right – this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility

I accept returns within 30 days of the tracked delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unmodified condition – unused, unaltered, and in original packaging where possible. The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been soldered, flashed, or otherwise modified from their original condition
  • Digital downloads, once accessed or downloaded
  • Store credit and gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty

If you’ve already used an item and something isn’t working as expected, get in touch anyway – I’ll always try to make things right and will assess the situation individually.

How To Start a Return

Email me at [email protected] before sending anything back, including a description of the issue and your order number. Do not send items back without prior approval – unrequested returns cannot be processed and will be returned to sender.

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind returns: return shipping is at your expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: once the fault is confirmed, I’ll cover return shipping costs. I’ll provide a returns label or reimburse reasonable shipping – I’ll confirm which when we’re in touch.

Inspection & Outcome

Once your return is received I’ll inspect it within 5 business days and email you with the outcome. All inspection decisions are final.

If approved: a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for this to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

If partially approved: if an item is returned in a condition worse than described, or with missing parts, a partial refund may be issued to account for the reduction in value.

If rejected: if the return doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria – for example the item has been modified or is outside the return window – the return will be rejected. I’ll email you to explain the reason, and the item will be shipped back to you. Return shipping costs in this case are at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank account – processing times vary by provider
  2. Contact your card provider, as it may take additional time to post
  3. If you’ve done both and still nothing, email me and I’ll investigate

Exchanges

I don’t offer direct exchanges. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact me and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit to the value of the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will go to the original buyer.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
